What Youll Do

Conduct intakes assessments and treatment plans.
Provide therapy using evidence-based heart-centered approaches.
Keep documentation light and timely (we stick to a 24-hour note goal).
Join in on team meetings collaboration and consults.
Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism and maybe a little personality too.

What You Bring

Masters in Social Work
Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
A growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
