The incumbent will receive distribute accession log slides for patient care. Customer service skills are mandatory and the incumbent will act as a liaison on behalf of the department and interact with all levels from management to physician to patients and their family members.
1) Typing skills need to be at least a minimum of 55 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
2) Ability to operate PC equipment and other office equipment as specified.
3) Ability to answer multi-line phone and appropriately direct calls or problem solves the call take ownership of call.
4) Ability to sort and file clinical patient care reports in alpha/numeric order.
