Position Overview

IDEX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and business-savvyMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultantto support the continued rollout and optimization of our enterprise CRM platform across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inSalesCustomer ServiceMarketingField Service andProject Operationsmodulestranslating complex business requirements into scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and drive commercial excellence.

This role is integral to IDEXs digital transformation journey collaborating across ourCommercial Operations Marketing and Customer Supportfunctions to deliver consistent high-quality user experience in Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Design & Delivery

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders togather analyze and document functional requirements business processes and user stories.
• Translate business needs intofit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 CE configurationsleveraging out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.
• Develop and maintainsolution design documents process maps and functional specsaligned with FastTrack Success by Design principles.
• Supportdata modeling migration mapping and integration specificationswith ERP Power BI and other enterprise systems.
• Configure entities forms views business rules workflows Power Automate flows and dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with developers architects and testers to validate solutions through SIT and UAT phases.

Business Engagement & Support

• Serve as atrusted advisorto business unit stakeholders (Sales Service Marketing Operations).
• Participate inMVP deploymentsphase-2 enhancements andpost-go-live optimizationefforts.
• Providetraining user adoption materials and best-practice guidance to key users and regional champions.
• Drive adoption of theIDEX CRM governance framework ensuring adherence to naming conventions ALM and data governance standards.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

• Participate inbacklog grooming and sprint planningunder Agile/Hybrid project methodologies.
• Work with Product Owners and Architects to define roadmap features and enhancement requests.
• Ensure alignment withIDEX Information Security Compliance and Change Managementpolicies.
• SupportCopilot and AI Builderenablement initiatives and Power Platform governance maturity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
• 4 years of hands-on experience as aDynamics 365 CE Functional Consultantor equivalent role.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following modules:SalesCustomer ServiceField ServiceProject Operations orCustomer Insights.
• Strong understanding ofMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages).
• Ability to elicit business requirements performfit/gap analysis and deliverfunctional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams.
• Proficient inAgile project deliveryusing Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified:Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate(Sales Service or Field Service).
• Microsoft Certified:Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertorCustomer Insights Data/Journeys.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 withJD Edwards SAP Salesforce or custom ERP systems.
• Knowledge ofIDEX Commercial Excellence frameworkand product business models (manufacturing distribution aftermarket support).
• Experience supportingmulti-business multi-region CRM deployments.
