This position is responsible for developing and managing undergraduate-focused marketing communications for the Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Division. The role advances content deliverables from initial idea to final published content targeting audiences such as prospective students (high-school students transfer students) their parents/families and related influencers. Marketing topics include the variety of benefits Calvin offers prospective students financial aid special enrollment initiatives and college visits/events. Marketing media include print collateral marketing emails SMS marketing video scripts website content and social media content.

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferably in English or communication arts and sciences.
One to three years experience writing communications for business/marketing college admissions brand communications or public relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to three years experience working on projects with other stakeholders.
Knowledge of HTML for email marketing is strongly preferred.
Some knowledge of email marketing platforms Microsoft products Adobe Creative Suite and Canva are preferred.
Physical Requirement
Proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.
Using a keyboard to enter retrieve or transform data.
Closely observes monitoring devices for 2 hours or more at a time.
Lifting 5 lbs or less.
