Position Summary:
As a successful receptionist you will be an important part of our team. You are the first face our patients and their families see upon arrival!
Essential Functions
- Greet patients and their families vendors and visitors either in person or by phone. Show them they are welcome and valued!
- Place answer and direct phone calls and distribute messages.
- Organizes coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources Director and other leaders.
- Coordinate work flow and compile records of office activities verify invoices plan employee events.
Wage Range - $23 - 24 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
- Associates degree Preferred
Required Skills:
- Critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have flawless communication skills written and verbal
- Must be tech savvy expert user of Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrate a can-do helpful attitude
