Join us as a Financial Controller and play a key role in shaping our financial insights and decisions. Youll be part of a 7-person Finance team working hand in hand with our Junior Financial Controller and Head of Finance to drive smart growth and operational excellence.

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

controlling the financial operations of a company;
analyzing financial data building models and making recommendations to improve performance;
monitoring of products and clients profitability;
creating management reports and financial forecasts;
managing the budgeting process;
controlling the budget realization with close monitoring and anticipation of budget overruns;
participation in monthly reporting meetings with C-Levels presenting the analysis conclusions and preparing the meeting notes;
partnering with business stakeholders to support them in understanding cost variances;
controlling accounting and bookkeeping functions;
day-to-day coordination of document acceptance and the payments process with the accounting team;
preparing ad hoc financial analysis reports;
improving financial policies and procedures.

Job requirements

You are the perfect fit if you:

bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
have strong experience in management reporting and financial model preparation;
demonstrate advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially VBA Power Query Excel);
take a proactive methodical and hands-on approach constantly looking for ways to optimize processes and bring new ideas;
feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to changes;
are not afraid to challenge previous decisions and guide the team in a new direction when needed;
communicate easily in English (at least B2 level).

Nice to have:

experience in SaaS or Big 4;
solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
