Noahs Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs.
We are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in working as a Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Additional Assistant in the regions local kindergartens as a member of the KIS program.
About the position
As a KIS Assistant your role will support the Kindergartens teaching staff to provide an environment that is responsive to the individual strengths abilities and interests of all children including those with a disability additional support needs and/or complex medical needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children within the community and having the flexibility of working casual hours.
Skills And ExperiencesTo be successful you:
- Develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understand the need maintainconfidentiality and privacy
- Relate to others with kindness respect and positivity.
Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting would be an advantage.

This is a casual position. The hourly wage is approximately $28.80 per hourplus 25% casual loading.
