The role:
Working closely with the School Executive you will bring key initiatives to life optimise resources and champion excellence across teaching research and engagement. You will oversee the schools operations and administration to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and academic support while fostering a culture of collaboration inclusion and accountability. Through your leadership you will help create a safe and supportive environment for all playing a pivotal role in shaping innovative and sustainable solutions that drive the schools ongoing success.
As the School Manager you will:
- Lead with integrity emotional intelligence and inclusivity to strengthen teams boost performance and celebrate excellence.
- Oversee academic workloads resources and innovation to support sustainable and effective school operations.
- Manage recruitment onboarding and development of academic and professional staff to build capability and engagement.
- Coordinate all administrative financial and operational functions to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis reporting and collaboration with the School Executive and Faculty Managers.
- Champion a positive compliant and forward-thinking culture that fosters innovation wellbeing and collective success.
To be successful youll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures policies and procedures
