Job Summary
You will design build and scale our internal test infrastructure which simulates core enterprise management protocols and develop our end-to-end automated test suite. Your goal is to make testing easy for engineering teams across Apple providing them with self-service tools and stable environments to validate their features against realistic managed your primary focus will be on building these foundational tools you will collaborate across all our teams functions. This includes partnering to replicate complex customer bugs integrating third-party services and contributing to the data that informs our overall quality metrics. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about building robust systems and wants to have a broad impact on the quality of Apples enterprise and education experience!
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles methodologies and best practices.
- Advanced programming skills in a language like Swift Python Go or Objective-C.
- 2 plus years of industry experience building automation frameworks test infrastructure or backend services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience building software.
- Experience deploying and managing Apple devices in enterprise or education environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and tools (Terraform Ansible).
- Familiarity with common identity providers (Entra Okta) and device management solutions.
- Background in identity management (single sign-on federation) or cybersecurity.
