We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Strategy Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Analyst specializing in employee engagement survey projects you will collaborate closely with project team members and clients to understand their organizational priorities and how these influence employee experiences. You will be instrumental in designing analyzing and delivering actionable insights from engagement surveys ensuring client needs are met through data-driven recommendations and effective project management.
We will count on you to:
- Engage with clients to understand their organizational priorities and the impact on people and workplace experiences.
- Identify key aspects and outcomes clients wish to measure through engagement surveys.
- Assist clients with data cleaning and formatting and collaborate with regional teams to configure survey platforms.
- Conduct thorough data analysis drawing insights aligned with client objectives and circumstances.
- Develop clear actionable insights and recommendations based on survey results and organizational context.
- Provide professional and expert guidance in management and HR consulting to address identified issues and suggest action plans to improve employee experience and engagement.
What you need to have:
- Educational background or experience in Human Resources Management Development Organizational Design Psychology Business or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for creating great workplaces.

- Up to 2 years of Experience in HR consulting employee engagement or data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams.
