Job Summary
- Program manage and support the deployment and roll out of high-impact technology programs across 29 LATAM markets.
- Ensure effective communication structured planning and alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage program timelines risks and deliverables with clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to support the rollout of technology.
- Maintain trust and strong relationships with market teams through full commitment and transparency.
- Support integration testing and understand the technology project lifecycle.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure programs are aligned with business goals and executed with high standards.
- Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement ensuring that technology enhances business performance.
Qualifications :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to organize communicate clearly manage risks and maintain timelines.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Understands the technology project lifecycle and integration testing.
- Effective communicator who ensures clarity and alignment across teams.
- Experience in retail or QSR tech environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Committed to building trust and strong relationships across LATAM markets.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for networking meetings and tech summits Chicago Headquarter office and Latin America markets.
