Location:Flagstaff Az
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm
No weekends No overtime 40 hrs/week
Pay 57.00 hour and Weekly Pay

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with speech language cognitive or swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. Youll create individualized care plans provide therapy per physician orders and work closely with a supportive rehab and nursing team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients per plan of care
Develop and update treatment goals
Educate patients families and caregivers
Maintain accurate timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Arizona SLP license
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
