As aCaregiveryou will provide person-centered care to our residents supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity independence and position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Available Shifts:

Evening 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (PT)
Nights (NOC) 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (FT or PT)
Every Other Weekend Days 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PT)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature blood pressure weight pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude reaction and appetite to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair assist with showering/ bathing fingernail and foot care and medication administration.
• Pass medications.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Must have experienceas a Caregiver Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Reliable.
• Apassion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
