Primary Responsibilities:
Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
Prepare and process service tags accurately
Handle paperwork and administrative tasks
Clean and maintain equipment (coffee machines food warmers etc.)
Follow food safety and handling procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Store Maintenance & Merchandising:
Conduct frequent lobby and lounge checks (every 15-30 minutes) to maintain cleanliness organization and product availability
Clean and organize all areas including floors shelves cafe tables/booths counters and guest waiting areas.
Stock and merchandise products including snacks beverages and supplies
Monitor and replenish self-service beverage bars and high-traffic areas throughout the shift
Maintain organization of storage areas
Ensure product displays are fully stocked and properly faced
Customer Service (Strong Emphasis):
Provide friendly professional customer service at all times
Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
Proactively monitor customer needs and address concerns during lobby inspections
Maintain a welcoming environment
Essential Functions:
Stand for extended periods
Lift and carry products (up to 40-pound weight)
Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Multi-task effectively while managing multiple priorities
Required Skills: Exceptional customer service attention to detail reliability and ability to maintain store standards while managing multiple simultaneous tasks. Regular lobby monitoring and customer engagement are critical priorities.
