Job Summary
What youll do as a Municipal (Civil) Engineer will include completing designs using CADD modeling software preparing spreadsheets and construction plans and specifications completing site development designs as well as performing construction cost estimating construction observation and facility inspection for a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Digital design of storm sanitary and water utilities in additional to street and site plan development.
- Prepare studies reports design documents and design plans and specifications for civil and municipal water infrastructure projects.
- Complete engineering analysis and calculations.
- Observe and document construction projects.
- Coordinate planning design and construction with clients sub-consultants and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit.
- Aspirations to obtain PE licensure.
- Must be detail orientated and self-motivated.
- Valid drivers license required with good driving record.
- Utilize effective written and oral communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with coworkers contractors and the community.
