Get to Know the Role
As a Business Analyst Trainee you will be at the forefront of our delivery lifecycle being the critical bridge between teams. You will learn to translate complex needs into requirements
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Collaborate with business teams from several functions
- Learn to conduct requirements gathering workshops document user stories
- Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Partner with senior Business Analysts to analyse incoming requests
- Maintain concise documentation for all requirements and process flows in tools like Jira and Confluence
- Help groom the product backlog
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A strong interest in the intersection of business and technology.
- Willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- 1 years of professional experience is required
