Act as the R2R systems expert across non-SAP platforms (e.g. OSAR/BlackLine-equivalent CoStar/Nakisa reporting & enablement tools) and champion reconciliation governance and MJE hygiene. Support SAP initiatives (role design MDG/CoA UAT) driven by the SAP-expert team lead. Own policies standards and controls to improve quality and speed.
Key responsibilities
- System ownership & admin (non-SAP scope): govern licensing/utilization (e.g. Deep-L Workiva Costar Nakisa NEA others) documentation currency and minor configuration; coordinate larger changes with EIT/Biz Admin.
- MJEs: maintain approval matrices recurring-JE hygiene and documentation (IPE)
- Process & data governance: drive consistency across SAP NEA OneStream CoStar Ariba Concur Workday Strada; steward CoA cost center WBS profit center trading partner design elements.
- Testing & compliance: coordinate UAT; partner with internal/external auditors for ITGC readiness and remediation.
- SAP initiatives support: assist the SAP lead on role design UAT enhancements and hyperinflation entity functional setup.
Qualifications :
- 57 years across R2R with demonstrable depth in reconciliations MJEs and control frameworks (SOX/IPE).
- Proven experience governing non-SAP finance platforms and working knowledge of SAP FI/CO evidence requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Controllers COEs and EIT.

- OneStream (OSAR) and/or BlackLine-equivalent reconciliation tooling
- CoStar / Nakisa (leases & real estate) Workiva Cockpit DeepL
