As Food and Beverage Manager at Accor oversees the daily operations of our restaurants bars and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. As a Food & Beverage Manager you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

- Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and service.
- Training mentoring and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills ideally should include:
- Experience of running events and running restaurant operations
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

- Our hotel offers 356 rooms within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
