Food & Beverage Supervisor

As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

• Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers order items as needed and generate inventory reports for superiors
• Ensure that the outlets meet all sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant staffs work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain high standards
• Resolve guests complaints promptly and professionally
• Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
• Organise and oversee special events or promotions within the restaurant bar and banqueting
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food safety regulations
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of staff performance inventory and financial transactions

Qualifications :

• previous experience in similar role is required
• right to work in the UK is required
• customer service skills
