Assistant Storekeeper (Warehouse)

Scope Of Work:

• Warehouse Admin activities for OTG Main Store 

General:

• Always ensure high standard of safety all the time. 
• Housekeeping on OTG warehouse areas of responsibilities. 
• Daily warehouse document process for all incoming outgoing inventory and others using Microsoft Excel Share Point Cassius software and other future software app or program for the OTG project.  
• Printing QR codes then labelling of racks shelf plastic bin with stock part reference and description. 
• Stock arrangement on storage rack shelf pallet plastic bin or shipping container. 
• Night shift duty and weekend as needed. 
• Occasional physical lift up to 44 lbs. (20 kg) 

Warehouse Operations:

• Perform daily pre-start and pre-task briefings to ensure teams understand the tasks and risks. 
• Check physical deliveries and issuance of goods for quality and quantity discrepancies.  
• Receive and handling of physical goods i.e. consumables tools lubricants and others. 
• Coordination with Logistics team for all delivery issue and dispatch of requested items. 
• Loading unloading and internal movement of goods using pump truck.  
• Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. 

Reporting:

• Reports to Store/Warehouse Manager

Qualifications :

• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel 
• General knowledge of construction items tools and consumables preferred but not mandatory 
• 1-2 years experience in warehouse environment preferred but not mandatory
