About Your Day-to-Day:
- Edelman Project Managers will apply day-to-day project management financial management and team facilitation skills to the delivery of projects while demonstrating an understanding client business goals. They support senior project Managers to track project deliverables that connect with creative intent while meeting time specifications and achieve quality standards.
- DevelopbusinessacumenbyassistingindefiningscopesandbuildingestimatesinpartnershipwithSeniorProject Managers or Project Directors account leads and specialty teams.
- TrackthedevelopmentandapprovalsofStatementsofWorkwithFinanceContractsandAccountteams.
- Useprojectmanagementtoolstoauthorandmaintainprojectschedulesprojectbriefscostestimatesbudgetsand other relevant project documentation with input from team members and oversight from a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
- Supportthedeliveryoflargerprojectsand/orownsmallerprojectswithoversight.
- Anticipatetheneedsofyourprojectsresolvingprojectissuesandremovingbarrierstosuccessfortheteam.
- WithoversightfromtheSeniorProjectManagerorProjectDirectorpullandreportonprojectburnidentifyandflag scope creep andparticipatein the monthly forecasting process.
- Proactivelycommunicateandmanagehourstasksandtimelineswithintegratedteammembersinorderto successfully keep work moving forward within established time and budget constraints.
- Scheduleandattendinternalmeetingscommunicatenextstepsandassignownershipoftasks;attendclient meetings to understand client feedback nextstepsand project implications.
- PartnerwithResourceManagementtomanagestaffplansandprojectfuturestaffingrequirementsinestablishedresource management tool.
- Overseemanageandcommunicatethestatusofdeliverablesacrossmultipleintegratedworkstreams.
- Ensurethequalityandconsistencyacrossallprojectsisconsistentwithbrandguidelines.
- Collaboratewithaccountandspecialtyteamstoensuresuccessfuldeliveryagainstclientassignmentandscopeddeliverables.
- Balanceasenseofurgencywithcalmandconfidenceatalltimes.
About Your Background:
- A4-yeardegreeorequivalentworkexperience
- 4-5yearsofprojectmanagementintegratedmarketing/PRagencyorrelatedexperience
- Strongpassionforanddemonstratedknowledgeinprojectmanagementandintegratedprogramming
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(WordExcelPowerPoint)andSmartsheet(orothersimilarproject managementtool) isrequired.
