Job Summary

As Duty Manager youll oversee hotel operations across the Front Office department and broader hotel. Youll act as the key contact for guests and staff represent management after hours and lead by example in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations including check-ins check-outs and guest assistance.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally ensuring exceptional service at all times.
  • Coordinate with Food & Beverage Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to maintain smooth hotel operations.
  • Act as Chief Warden and First Responder during emergencies ensuring guest and staff safety.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and conduct regular patrols to uphold safety and standards.
  • Make sound operational decisions in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications :

About You

  • One year experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm confident and professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems and operational procedures.
  • Current First Aid and Chief Warden certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster including nights and weekends.
