Job Summary
Job Summary
The Repair Technician diagnose adjusts repairs installs and troubleshoots all product issues and their root causes on current and vintage products.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts.
- Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status.
- Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion including all heights.
- Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
- Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized maintained and professional vehicle.
- Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer including time of visit.
- Maintain accurate neat and organized paperwork including timecards and service orders.
- Convey a neat clean friendly and professional appearance.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to Service Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to climb and work on a ladder up to 40 feet in height
- Ability to work off a 60-foot lift
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior service experience
