Job Summary
Were seeking a skilled and safety-conscious welder to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our automation and integration projects requiring precision reliability and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will support both in-house fabrication and on-site installations contributing to the seamless execution of custom automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel aluminum and stainless components
Interpret technical drawings blueprints and welding symbols
Fabricate and assemble structural and mechanical parts to spec
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with engineering and field teams to support project timelines
Maintain tools equipment and a clean organized work area
Travel to client sites as needed for installation and support
Qualifications
Required:
3 years of welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints.
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and measurement tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred:
Experience in custom machinery or automation equipment.
Familiarity with cutting saw CNC plasma cutting Water jet or press brake operation.
Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent).
Forklift and overhead crane experience.
