Job Description:
An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in area of Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space to be based in Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes improvements process modification implementation of innovation solutions 3D Work Orders...
- Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
- Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects HNCs Waivers...
- Co-design with design office in order to improve and approve new designs MCA RFA DOI...
- To be part of multi functional team to solve all issues come up in manufacturing line.
- Manufacturing structure and process associated domunentation (work order technical instruction job card) updated process.
- Manufacturing feedback (OSF KAIZEN Practical Problem Solving).
- Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs.
- Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
- Product configuration awareness.
- Future business requirements.
- New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.
SKILLS

Education: Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 3-5 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Design
Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics teamwork proactive innovative looking for continous improvement...
Languages: Advanced level in English.
Technical knowledge: CATIA Sipla MEP DBC DMU4D 3DAV...
Valuable / Nice to have: experience in Airbus in Air Power Operations (TAO) or Comercial Aircraft Operations.
