$83200.00 - $128960.00Current NYS RN License. Experience in a surgical practice preferred. Must have at least three to five years clinical experience or equivalent combination of education training. CPR/ BLS certifications are required.RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides and assists physician(s) with triage of patients.
Provides initial patient assessment and ensure that patient information is available in the electronic health record (EHR) for physicians.
Performs and/or assists physicians with examinations procedures and orders as required.
Collects lab specimens and submits them for processing as required.
Follows-up on all labs as required.
Follow up on patients after procedures.
Maintains and monitors approved standards of practice to ensure that regular and special procedures are in a safe and competent manner.
Facilitates and coordinates patient and family education regarding care and treatment programs health choices and other factors to ensure compliance with treatment programs and/or prevent illness or injury.
Ensure quality initiatives and process improvements are compliant.
Keep up on and complete all CLIA/Joint Commission; weekly monthly regulations
Complete yearly modules and AMC competencies
Complete daily logs example: all Joint commission regulations
