工作内容及要求
岗位任务类
1. 支持和协助建立销售团队协助完成所辖机构的业绩指标和人力发展指标核和整理新入职代理人的相关资料并将资料信息录入系统
2. 协助营销总监进行团队日常管理提升代理人团队的出勤率/出单率/活动率/有效人力比例等业务指标
3. 负责所辖机构的展业证管理及时向总公司更新所辖机构的营销员管理制度
4. 负责所属部门的档案管理工作
5. 对所辖范围的内部控制有效性负责监督管理协调所辖范围内工作在确保符合法律法规监管要求以及公司内部的规章制度的基础上识别评估监控和报告相关风险并负责传导公司所倡导的文化包括风险管理文化合规经营理念等及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险并提出纠正或改进建议
6. 负责所属部门的规范性文件管理工作
7. 制订适用于所辖范围的工作流程和标准
8. 及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险并提出纠正或改进建议
9. 协助审计部完成审计相关工作并根据审计报告完成整改工作
10. 配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作
11. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务
