We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Westfield Geelong.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager youll support the day-to-day operations of the centre with a focus on maintaining high standards across all facilities. Youll play an important part in ensuring a safe functional and well-presented environment for our retailers and a consistently positive experience for our customers.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the centre team in delivering top-quality hard and soft services to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
  • Managing the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to prioritise and track work orders.
  • Assisting in environmental and sustainability initiatives improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensuring maintenance repairs and capital works are completed accurately on time within budget and to a high standard.
  • Communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely compliant and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Addressing and resolving customer and retailer facility-related concerns while collaborating on cross-team projects.
  • Understanding and supporting the delivery of Reactive Maintenance SLAs.

The role is being offered as a full-time permanent position based onsite at Westfield Geelong.

What sets you apart

  • Experience in retail property hospitality facilities or building management.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent administration abilities.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractors clarify instructions and manage stakeholder priorities.
  • Comfortable using business and building management systems.
  • Flexibility to work the occasional weekend day (with time in lieu).
  • Open to forming part of a rotating Duty Management roster.
