Job Summary
Shipping Assistant/Part Time Driver
Rate: $20/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm
Cincinnati OH

Responsibilities:
-Securely packagepalletize and labelfinished products for shipmentto customers across the country.
- Prepare accurate and detailed paperwork to record and track outgoing shipments.
- Ensure that outgoing shipments conform tobills of material and workorders.
- Receive inspectand approveincoming deliveries.
- Move stock items to designated areas once properly received.
- Move project-related items to appropriate department once properly received.
- Maintain shipping areas cleanwell-organized and compliant with safety regulations.
- Safelyoperatecompany-ownedvansstake-bedtrucksandforklifts.
- Perform local pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
-Load/unload productswith care.
- Keep vehicles clean and report any maintenance/damage issues in timely manner.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules and abide by all traffic laws.
Requirements:
- Must pass drug test and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass standard drivers physical examination.
- Forklift certification or willingness/ability to be trained for certification.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods and work in hot or cold conditions.
- Able to use basic hand/power tools and measuring instruments.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime if needed.
- Team player with positivecommunication skills.
- Flexible mindset with willingness to be cross trained on additional duties as needed.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook for email).
