Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for our clients Non-Case Holding team in Durham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the East Durham team in a non-case-holding role. The position focuses on delivering bespoke pieces of work to support children and families without the responsibility of managing a caseload.
You will work flexibly and collaboratively with managers and colleagues to provide high-quality assessments and interventions that make a real difference.
What will your responsibilities be
- CompletePre-Birth AssessmentsParenting Assessments andChildren & Family Assessments as well as other assessments identified by the manager.
- Work creatively to design tailored packages of support for children and families considering wider family networks community resources and local authority services.
- Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in line with professional expectations.
- Collaborate with managers and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
- Experience in completing Pre-Birth Parenting and Children & Family Assessments
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
