Food Service Supervisor 50 North Liberty

University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center North Liberty Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor. This position will supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas and enforces departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures.

• Maintain adequate staffing food quality schedules and quality assurance records
• Complete assigned forecasting
• Order menu items to meet demand
• Assist in providing food service as needed
• Attend assigned meetings and conducts staff meetings

The new University of Iowa Health Care North Liberty Campus opened in the Spring of 469000 square foot facility is home to UI Health Cares nationally recognized Orthopedics service line offering comprehensive coordinated and accessible care across the outpatient inpatient and surgical venues. Percent of Time:50%
Hourly: $18.72 to commensurate
Hours: Two scheduled shifts from 5:30am-2:00pm and one shift from 10:00-2:00pm per week rotating weekends holidays
