B2B is the rocket fuel your job is to lock in long-term shop partnerships that make Eastwood the professional-grade brand on every bench. Ideal candidates will leverage their industry expertise and established relationships to deliver immediate impact drive strategic value creation and expand category penetration.

What Youll Hunt
  • Primary Targets: Collision centers custom/restoration garages and autobody/paint distributors.
  • Secondary Targets: Small fleets vocational schools and home-based professional end users

Day-to-Day Wins
  • Engage and Convert: Leverage your existing book of business and our customer lists to connect with clients in-person and virtually identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Land Big Deals: Close 6-figure annual contracts with distributors incorporating co-op MDF and exclusive SKUs.
  • Build Brand Loyalty: Train and educate customers turning them into The Eastwood Company evangelists who recommend our products on every job.

Prove Youve Done It Before
  • Experience: 3 years of B2B field sales in autobody paint powder-coating or related fields (tools equipment consumables) with a book of business.
  • Consistent quota crusher: 100% attainment for the last 2 years with documented 6-figure deal sheets.
  • Shop floor fluent: Comfortably speak industry lingo like PDR 2K clear and micron count without a script.

Youll Be More Successful If You Have
  • Hands-on experience in autobody or shop settings selling or demoing products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your established book of business to drive immediate sales to collision centers custom/restoration garages and autobody/paint distributors as well as. small fleets vocational schools and home-based professional end users
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share within and beyond your network.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings customizing solutions to meet each clients unique needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment delivery and customer support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs providing regular updates on pipeline and performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and market demands to position our products effectively.
