Job Summary

Job Description:

As Client Manager at iProspect you will support the Client Director in delivering excellence across a well known account while also contributing to global projects. This role is central to ensuring ways of working strategic alignment operational efficiency and high client satisfaction across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of a well known account ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.

  • Leading delivery and creation of QBRS & PCAs

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Lead weekly performance check ins

  • Support teams with reporting and ensuring it is delivered on time and without errors

  • Drive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to Long term planning including forecasting budgeting and identifying growth opportunities

  • Ensure strategic media plans align with client objectives

  • Utilize the iProspect Craft planning process

Qualities

  • Experience managing clients

  • Strong background in digital

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

  • Proactive collaborative approach with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

  • Strong communication skills across verbal written and presentation formats.
