Your Impact:As a Senior Product Analyst in our Data & Document Services team you will be pivotal in shaping our digital product landscape across Europe. Youll translate complex business needs into innovative solutions driving data-informed decisions that enhance our products and user experience.

• Conduct in-depthdata analysisto identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Translate intricate business requirements into clearuser storiesand acceptance criteria for agile development.
• Lead discovery initiatives and workshops ensuring stakeholder alignment on product vision and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and Designers to deliver robust digital solutions.
• Challenge existing assumptions and processes proposing innovative improvements for product quality and team efficiency.
• Evaluate solution performance and track their effectiveness in solving customer problems.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst with a strong focus on data-driven product development.
• Exceptional analytical skills capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills adept at building consensus across diverse teams.
• A proactive self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Fluent proficiency in both German and Englisch is essential (C1 level or equivalent)
