Join our dynamic IT Team here at Riverview Health as we prepare for our Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) - a critical milestone in our Epic software implementation. This internship offers hands-on experience in a large-scale system readiness infrastructure validation and end-user support. Youll play a key role in ensuring our Epic environment is fully operational and optimized for go-live.
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who display the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technical challenges.
This is a temporary project ranging from approximately mid-November 2025 thru end of January 2026 and requires the ability to drive throughout Hamilton County Indiana to various Riverview sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with setup configuration and testing of Epic workstations and peripherals.
- Supports network connectivity checks and participates in validation of hardware/software readiness across departments.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Associate Degree in Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum:
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Preferred: Familiarity with Epic systems or healthcare IT
License/Certification Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted drivers license and insurance for personal vehicle
