Job Summary
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday to Friday 10am - 6:30pm
Overtime based on business needs
On-Call responsibilities
Location: Roanoke Virginia
What you will do
- Coordinate pickups deliveries and shipments with hospitals surgery centers and transportation partners.
- Ensure all shipping documentation and data entry are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams sales representatives and hospital staff to support delivery and inventory operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.
- Assist in selecting efficient delivery options and performing basic vehicle maintenance and recordkeeping.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving storing issuing and reconciling stock items.
- Monitor inventory accuracy address discrepancies and ensure proper tracking of consignment and shelf-life items.
- Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and participating in special projects as needed.
What you need
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid drivers license with no restrictions.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs including weekend and evening call as needed.
- Must have the ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a related field such as Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred. Demonstrated background in warehouse and inventory control within a fast-paced environment.
- Associates degree
$25.54 $33.68 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
