DXC is seeking a proactive Motor Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of motor claims for major brokered and corporate clients across Australia. This is a fast-paced client-facing role where you will take ownership of claims from lodgement through to resolution delivering exceptional service and strong financial outcomes.

Be part of a collaborative team working with national and international clients where your expertise contributes to real results and business growth.

What Youll Do

• Manage motor claims end-to-end liaising with clients insurers and service providers

• Investigate claims assess liability and negotiate settlements

• Interpret policy wordings and drive successful recovery outcomes

• Support clients and brokers through reporting insights and claims reviews

• Identify risks mitigate costs and contribute to continuous improvement
  

What Were Looking For

• 35 years motor or recovery claims experience

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence outcomes

• Highly organised resilient and proactive
