RN Labor & Delivery (L&D RN)
Location: Watsonville CA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 3x12-hour shifts
Pay Rate(Local): Up to $2760/week

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Labor & Deliveryfor an exciting job in Watsonville CA.

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe evidence-based nursing care throughout all stages of labor delivery and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians midwives and multidisciplinary staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Precept and mentor new nursing staff and students as assigned.
Support patient education and provide emotional support to families.
May assume Relief Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications:

Active California RN License (required)
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience in an acute care hospital
BLS and ACLS certifications (required prior to orientation completion)
NRP and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certifications (required)
