Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for ALL SHIFTs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for compassionate professionals who prioritize resident safety dignity and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Follow policies procedures and work schedules as directed by supervisors.
- Assist with resident admissions transfers and discharges.
- Support residents with personal care needs including feeding bathing grooming dressing and more while respecting individual preferences.
- Safely lift turn position and transport residents using proper techniques and equipment.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises and record data as needed.
- Respond promptly to resident calls ensuring safety precautions are followed.
- Use personal protective equipment and tools such as gait belts and mechanical lifts when required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in this state or completion of an approved nurse aide training program.
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred especially in long-term care or geriatric settings.
- Excellent customer service professionalism and communication skills.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
