Position Overview:

Bishop Blanchet High School is seeking a Boys Swim and Dive Assistant Coach for the 2025-2026 season. Applicants with previous coaching experience at the HS level 21 years or older possessing a valid Washington State drivers license and current First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguard certification are preferred. This position reports to the Athletic Director.

Boys Swim and Dive is a Winter season runs from November 17 - February 21 2026.

Position requirements include:

• Compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS Metro League and WIAA policies and procedures.

• Supervision of student-athletes during all team activities:

  • Practice and game times vary throughout the week. Coaches need to be available between the hours of 3-8pm (Monday-Saturday).

• Effective communication with players coaching colleagues and parents.

• Promotion of sportsmanship camaraderie and fair play among team members.

• Developing players within a unified program.

• Teaching proper technique to improve player development.

Stipend$2300Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and are paid in one installment half way through the competition season. We also offer access to professional development and BBHS Athletics Apparel.
This position is not benefits eligible.
