Position Title: Part Time Title I Data CoordinatorLocation: District WideReports to: Director of Student Support Services/Building PrincipalFunded by: Grant FundedPosition OverviewThe Title I Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting managing and analyzing student assessment and progress-monitoring data to support Title I programming and instruction. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that student data is accurately collected entered interpreted and used to inform instruction and monitor student progress toward academic goals. The Coordinator collaborates with school teams administrators and the Director of Title I to ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements and support data-driven decision-making for targeted instructional Duties and Responsibilities:Collect input and maintain DIBELS and other assessment data for all Title I accuracy timeliness and integrity of all student data and maintain data dashboards and visual representations (graphs charts summaries) for school and district assessment and progress monitoring data to identify trends student growth and areas of and present data summaries for Title I and grade-level team Teams and instructional staff in using data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction and maintain student groupings for targeted small-group or intervention-based collaboratively with building administrators the Director of Title I and instructional staff to support continuous improvement in student or support data team meetings to review progress set goals and align instructional in the development of intervention plans based on assessment outcomes and progress monitoring semi-annual data collection for Title I grant monitoring and and organize annual paperwork required for Title I compliance and and submit required surveys and data reports in accordance with district and state and summarize student progress data for inclusion in Title I reports and grant :Associates or Bachelors degree Prior experience working in a school setting preferably with Title I programs or student support organizational skills and attention to in data management tools (Google Sheets Excel assessment databases).Ability to analyze data and communicate findings in clear actionable written and verbal communication approach to problem-solving and or willingness to learn Title I program requirements interventions and compliance expectations : $30 per hour 6 - 10 hours a weekClosing Date of Application: Start Date:Apply to:Send letter of interest to:Dr. Kirsten Esposito Director of Student Support Services284 Old West Brookfield Road Warren MA Quaboag Regional School District ensures equal employment and educational opportunities for its employees and students.
