Sentara RMH Hahn Oncology Center located in beautiful Harrisonburg Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing oncology team. This is a 100% outpatient position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients while working in a collaborative team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality cancer care.

Position Highlights

100% outpatient oncology practice seeing approximately 1215 patients per week
Join a collegial team of 7 physicians and 1 APP
Four clinical days onsite and one administrative day (flexible excluding Fridays)
MondayThursday 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. schedule last patient seen at 4:30
No call and no weekends
Responsibilities include:

Partnering with physicians to manage oncology treatment plans
Evaluating patients receiving infusions
Ordering medications labs and imaging as appropriate
Providing education and support to patients and families throughout treatment
Oncology certification (AOCNP) preferred at hire or required within a defined timeframe after employment
