Their platform connects institutional individual and DeFi investors to the distributed energy grid helping accelerate the global transition to sustainable energy.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help design and deliver the foundation for programmable capital flowsfrom investor onboarding and compliance to real-time distributions and intelligent insights. This role is highly versatile giving you the chance to work across backend frontend and blockchain layers depending on your strengths and interests.

In this role you will:

Architect build and maintain production-grade APIs backend services and components across Python backends smart contracts and React-based frontends.
Integrate external systems such as KYC payments banking and wallet infrastructure into smooth investment workflows.
Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams receiving tight feedback loops and mentorship from senior engineers.
Define engineering best practices focusing on clean data models service reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

Required:

3 years of experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications in a cloud-native environment.
3 years of experience with Python or another modern server-side programming language.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React ).
Strong systems thinking with experience designing clean data models and service interfaces.
Hungry driven self-starter with a track record of high agency and ownership.

Bonus:

Experience integrating third-party APIs (KYC payments custodians etc.).
Background with Django Postgres or Google Cloud Platform.
Exposure to Solidity LLM workflows or other AI/DeFi systems.
Passion for climate finance or the future of infrastructure.
