The People & Operations Manager is the infrastructure architect of our business. You will be responsible for translating the executive teams vision into clear repeatable processes and systems ensuring our remote team of staff and freelancers is organized supported and highly efficient. Your success is defined by how smoothly we run allowing the executive team to focus on product and regional expansion.
Tasks
Main Responsibilities:
- Build Core Operations: Design document and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business functions (e.g. content finance client communication).
- System Administration: Implement and manage our Project Management System (e.g. Asana) G-Suite and Slack ensuring tools are used correctly and securely.
- Team Structure & Support: Develop and execute professional onboarding establish clear communication protocols and provide process support for all remote staff and freelancers.
- Credential Management: Create and maintain a secure system for all company logins and access credentials.
Typical Tasks:
- Writing and updating SOPs for marketing workflows.
- Conducting weekly check-ins with freelancers to gather feedback and address roadblocks.
- Administering user permissions and ensuring data security across all software.
- Developing the checklist and materials for new hire onboarding.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Operations People or Infrastructure role.
- Startup/Remote Experience is Essential: Proven track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure from scratch in a fast-paced startup or remote-first company.
- Technical Fluency: Expert proficiency in administering Project Management Software (e.g. Asana ClickUp) G-Suite and Slack.
- Skills: Exceptional process documentation organizational and clear communication skills.
- Mindset: Highly detail-oriented and passionate about creating order and efficiency.
