At Everware Consulting GmbH we specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP solutions helping organisations modernise and transform their business processes. Headquartered in Austria with an international footprint we are a fast-growing consultancy with an ambitious and supportive culture.

As we continue to expand in the DACH region we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Germany Austria and Switzerland and drive new business opportunities across the ERP/D365 market.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH region (focus on Germany and Austria).
  • Drive outbound lead generation prospecting and opportunity creation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ERP/D365 opportunities.
  • Present and position solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Everwares consulting and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience in ERP solutions ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and opportunity generation.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and growth. The base salary for this position starts from 85000 for junior candidates with higher packages available depending on experience and proven sales addition an attractive commission structure ensures strong earning potential for high performers.
