Oracle Siebel CRM Software Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Siebel Public Sector solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting maintaining configuring and enhancing complex Siebel CRM systems and their integrations with multiple enterprise applications.

• Configure maintain and troubleshoot Oracle Siebel CRM applications and integrations with systems such as PEP ONE-KEY ERDMS Oracle Service Cloud and ArcGIS.

• Develop and configure integrations between Siebel and other enterprise systems using web services (SOAP/REST) or other mechanisms.

• Perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents and defects in both development and production environments.

• Design and document technical processes build books and system configurations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including LRC and program staff) to plan design and implement solutions efficiently.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses between business requirements and Siebel Public Sector capabilities.

• Develop unit test scripts prototypes and proof-of-concept integrations using Open UI scripting EAI EIM ETL and REST.

• Ensure AODA/WCAG compliance and design for scalability across platforms and browsers.

• Lead data migration and integration initiatives from legacy systems using EIM or custom ETL tools.

• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and ensure all artefacts code and documentation are properly maintained.

• 10 years of hands-on experience configuring Oracle Siebel Public Sector solutions (integration with e-Services Remote EAI EIM SmartScript Web Services BI Publisher).

• 10 years integrating with Single Sign-On solutions (OID ONe-Key GO-PKI Public Secure).

• 5 years developing SOAP and REST web services.

• 7 years customizing Siebel Open UI using PM/PR scripting and JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience developing Smart Scripts Task-Based UI and multi-organization data structures.

• 2 years configuring Siebel IP 20.x or above.

• 10 years with Siebel Public Sector 8.x EAI EIM Web Services and data modeling.

• 5 years with Siebel OpenUI HTML5 CSS and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery Bootstrap).

• Experience with ETL migrations and developing custom data loaders.

• 10 years designing and configuring complex Siebel Public Sector systems with Oracle OID for SSO.

• Experience integrating Siebel with ESRI GIS Canada Post Oracle Service Cloud and BizTalk.

• Strong understanding of AODA/WCAG accessibility standards and performance tuning.

• Strong experience with Agile delivery methods and Oracle development tools.

• Excellent documentation and technical blueprinting skills.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Proven team collaboration and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
