o Typically has 7-10 years of work experience preferably in Windows/Linux Driver development.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Software Engineering Deep understanding and experience with both user and kernel more device drivers Low footprint Peer2Peer decentralized systems development including security; experience with novel architectures desired. Control systems design Fault tolerant and high availability systems design CI/CD pipeline expertise o Connectivity and Interoperability Security development (cryptography protocols onboarding techniques)

Wireless protocol stack development (multiple wireless protocols preferred) Interconnectivity protocols expertise Hardware Driver development expertise (well versed in details of the published specification to help drive new design approaches)

Knowledge and Skills

o Expertise in C programming. o Familiarity with Python batch files command shells and other relevant scripting languages

o Experienced in working with source control systems like Github. o Familiarity with bare metal systems board bring-up and bootloader architecture o Experienced in debugging embedded firmware applications using JTAG SWD debuggers.

o Proficiency in low level communication protocols like UART I2C and SPI o Understanding complex multi-threaded application components. o Understand basic analog and digital electronic concepts be able to understand HW schematics

o Be able to understand technical specifications data sheets and work with firmware solutions based on requirements

Required Skills : Cross Platform Experience (Windows/Linux) - desired but can be either. Experience building device drivers for large scale products. Experience with programming languages such as C/C Rust Go or Python.
