Position: Senior Advisor Product Management

Job Description:

Product Management

Objective: To drive innovation in product development at the client we need forward-thinking people on our IT Product Management team.
As part of this team we devise product and solution strategies product roadmaps and look to the market for opportunities to make sure our offerings maximize profitability and remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new product launches from the business contract from a customer-centric standpoint.
Manage support and improve products through their entire life cycle
Coordinate the development and execution of product roadmap by working with the team to define sequence and estimate duration of activities and prepare schedules to meet project objectives
Ensure consistency and adherence to the clients standards processes and policies for all projects
Work closely with the Engineering Team in converting the requirement into a usable software product
Conduct daily standups sprint meetings retrospective meetings product demos to all the stakeholders

Essential Requirements

8-10 years of related experience in Product Management
A deep understanding of product model
Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups

Desirable Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree

Mandatory Skills:

Expert in Product Management
Understand Product Models
IT Product Manager with E-commerce domain either in B2B or B2C
Great communication and problem-solving skills

Experience:

Total Exp: 8-12 years
Rel Exp: 8 years
