Job Summary

OpenText Exstream Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Communication Builder and Control Center. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with OTE Cloud-Native 24.1 and be familiar with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement document and communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Work extensively on Communication Builder and Control Center to create and manage customer communication and enhance applications leveraging OTE Cloud-Native 24.1 capabilities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and demos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Perform testing debugging and performance optimization of communication workflows.
Provide technical documentation and ensure compliance with project standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

OpenText Exstream (Communication Builder Control Center)
OTE Cloud-Native 24.1
Experience in Agile environment and ceremonies

Desired Skills:

Experience with customer communication management (CCM) or document composition tools
Familiarity with cloud deployment and automation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
