Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

Lead start-up and safety meetings

Supervise and coordinate site activities and teams

Maintain strong communication with clients and staff

Track schedules budgets and materials

Approve daily reports billings and subcontractor work

Attend site and operation meetings

Support foremen and conduct performance evaluations

What Were Looking For:

6 years of site or construction management (golf/sports field experience is a strong asset)

Solid knowledge of reading plans/specs

Needs experience in pipe installation large scale earth moving

Tech-savvy with Excel and Word

Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Organized adaptable and calm under pressure

Willingness to travel frequently
